4. Acceptable use
When using the Service you must:
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and anti-spam laws;
- use the Service only for lawful, legitimate purposes;
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks;
- not interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use automated means to access it at a volume that could impair it;

- One-off purchases are charged once and delivered when payment succeeds.
- Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change prices for future purchases. For subscriptions we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.
Refunds: if something you paid for did not work as described, contact us at hello@atollsoftware.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend access to the related purchase while the dispute is resolved.
6. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the information you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide, secure and improve the Service. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
